Valve Repair Process
We follow a detailed process when it comes to repairing or remanufacturing valves, no matter who the manufacturer is.

Valve Breakdown and Inspection
The process starts with diagnostics — technicians will fully analyze your valve and identify the root causes of the breakdown.
Every valve we receive is completely taken apart and disassembled. The parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected, then checked for a precise fit and tolerances.
Any parts that are worn down, broken, or missing are compiled into a list for replacement.
Not only will we let you know what needs to be done to repair the valve, but we will also let you know if our technicians have any recommendations for improving the performance of the valve.
Parker OEM Replacement Parts
Once we have identified the problems with your valve, we will use only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to make the repairs.

We keep a large inventory of OEM parts in our on-site warehouse that we can use to repair, rebuild, or remanufacture your valve.
Valve Testing and Troubleshooting
Before we return your valve to you, we run it through a series of strenuous tests to make sure that it meets or exceeds the specifications of the manufacturer.
As part of our Parker AWRC certification, we have installed a new valve test stand with capabilities to test up to 50 HP & 50 GPM. The stand is designed to run proportional hydraulic valves.
